A few weeks ago, we were relaxing at the awesome Big Red Barn in Olifantsfontein, when Pamela Cullinan chatted to us about their new African Salad, a lovely combination of varieties of Marogo, wild sorrel and lettuce. This just sounded like a perfect opportunity to experiment with produce we are not used to and see what we can come up with.

It seems that the more we deal with the Cullinan family, the closer the long table moves, we are setting up next to the beautiful old house that Pamela has lived in for years and are very excited about visiting their farm again.
